Ms. Novera Obaid Qazi is a Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Southern Punjab, Multan, with over five years of teaching experience across visiting, contractual, and permanent roles. She holds an MPhil in Psychology from the Institute of Southern Punjab (2019), along with an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Psychology (2016) and a BS in Applied Psychology (2014) from Bahauddin Zakariya University.

Her teaching practice is centered on fostering critical thinking, student engagement, and the practical application of psychological knowledge. She has experience teaching a wide range of undergraduate courses, integrating theoretical concepts with real-world examples, case studies, and interactive learning strategies.
