Brief Bio

Momna Saba is a highly qualified academic professional and researcher in the field of psychology, currently serving as a Lecturer and Academic Coordinator at the University of Southern Punjab, Multan. She holds M.Phil. and a BS in Psychology, both with first-division honors from the University of the Punjab, Lahore. Her professional roles include academic coordinator, member of the Program Review for Effectiveness and Enhancement (PREE), and previous experience as a student counselor.

In addition to her teaching and administrative duties, she is an active researcher with several publications in HEC-recognized journals focusing on topics such as compassion fatigue, professional resilience, and interpersonal relationships. Her expertise in quantitative research is evidenced by her proficiency in SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), as well as her supervision of numerous M.Phil. theses and ADCP research projects. Professionally, she is described as a focused, organized, and creative individual.
