Brief Bio

Zara Hayat is an emerging scholar in Applied Psychology and currently serves as a Lecturer at the University of Southern Punjab, Multan, with over six years of teaching experience in higher education. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Applied Psychology at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur and holds an M.Phil and BS in Applied Psychology from Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan.

Her research contributions include multiple publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals, focusing on areas such as transformational leadership, job satisfaction, workplace envy, emotional instability, consumer behavior, and organizational commitment. Her work particularly emphasizes behavioral dynamics within organizational and social contexts in Pakistan.
