Sidra Khalil is a lecturer in the Department of English at the University of Southern Punjab, Multan, with five years of experience. Her area of specialization is English literature, with a specific focus on Pakistani Anglophone fiction. Her research interests include postmodern fiction, literary criticism, postcolonial literature, women’s writings, and Pakistani literature in English. She has published numerous research articles in national and international journals and also presented her work at various international research conferences. She has also attended several webinars and online short courses to enhance her academic and professional development. At USP, she is a dedicated teacher, mentor, and MPhil supervisor who actively engages in academic discourse by contributing to curriculum development and participating in departmental research initiatives. Her teaching methodology integrates critical thinking, textual analysis, and contemporary theoretical approaches to enhance students’ understanding of literature. She aspires to further expand her research contributions and plays a significant role in advancing literary scholarship through innovative and impactful studies.
