Teaching Philosophy

As an educator, I view teaching as a transformative process that cultivates curiosity, critical thinking, and a lifelong commitment to learning. My teaching philosophy centers on creating an interactive and inclusive learning environment in which students actively engage through discussions, collaborative activities, and practical applications, while I serve as a facilitator of learning rather than a traditional lecturer.

I place strong emphasis on developing critical thinking skills by encouraging students to question assumptions, analyze concepts, and apply knowledge through case studies and problem-solving exercises. Furthermore, I strive to bridge the gap between theory and practice by incorporating real-world examples, case-based learning, guest lectures, and experiential opportunities such as field exposure, thereby equipping students with the competencies required for their professional careers.
