Hafiz Muhammad Sibghatullah is a Civil Engineer.

He has served as a Lecturer at the University of Southern Punjab, Multan, a Monitoring Engineer at The Urban Unit (Government of Punjab), and a Project Site Engineer at Root Sum Design and Construction, Lahore and Naeem Ashraf Contractors (FWO), Multan.
