Engr. Rafia Ashfaq is a dedicated Lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Southern Punjab (USP), Multan, with over ten years of teaching and academic experience. She is actively involved in delivering undergraduate courses, mentoring students, and fostering a supportive learning environment. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she serves as Program Coordinator, where she plays a key role in academic planning, curriculum coordination, and departmental administration.

She holds an MSc in Civil Engineering, which she completed during her service, demonstrating her strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Her areas of interest include teaching innovation, student development, and effective academic management. She has also contributed to organizing academic activities such as seminars, study tours, and laboratory coordination, enhancing students’ practical exposure.

Through her combined academic and administrative roles, she continues to contribute to maintaining high educational standards, strengthening communication among stakeholders, and improving the overall quality of the Civil Engineering program.
