Teaching Philosophy

As an educator, I view teaching as a transformative process that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love for learning. My teaching philosophy is based on creating an interactive classroom where students actively engage through discussions, group work, and practical activities, while I act as a facilitator rather than a traditional lecturer.

I emphasize critical thinking by encouraging students to question assumptions and apply knowledge through case studies and problem-solving tasks. Additionally, I focus on linking theory with practice by integrating real-world examples, guest speakers, field visits, and case-based learning to prepare students for their professional careers.
