Brief Bio
I am a Lecturer in the Department of Mass Communication at University of Southern Punjab and previously served as a Visiting Lecturer at Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan, Pakistan. My academic interests include critical discourse analysis, political communication, and media narratives, with a published research article and conference presentations to my credit. Alongside academia, I am an experienced media professional with a background in broadcasting, having worked as a newscaster at Pakistan Television (PTV), a reporter at 7News Channel, and a talk show host at Adbi Rang TV and ANN News.
My professional experience provides me with a comprehensive understanding of the contemporary media landscape, which I integrate into my teaching to bridge the gap between theory and practice. I am dedicated to fostering critical thinking, practical skills, and ethical awareness among students in media and communication studies.
