Dr. Zeeshan Ahmed

Brief Bio

Dr. Zeeshan Ahmed is an academician and researcher specializing in Human Resource Management, leadership, and organizational sustainability. He holds a PhD in HRM from Universiti Utara Malaysia and currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the Southern Business School, University of Southern Punjab, Pakistan.

He has over 12 years of combined academic, research, and industry experience, including teaching at leading universities and professional roles in marketing and development sectors. His research focuses on green human resource management, leadership styles, employee engagement, and sustainable organizational practices.

Dr. Ahmed has authored 20+ research publications in high-impact, internationally indexed journals (Web of Science and Scopus). His work has appeared in leading journals with a cumulative impact factor exceeding 80, reflecting strong scholarly contribution and research influence in the fields of HRM, sustainability, and innovation. He is actively involved in research supervision, academic leadership, and professional training, contributing to the development of future researchers and practitioners.
