Dr. Munwar Bagum

Brief Bio

Dr. Munwar Bagum is a highly dedicated and accomplished educationist with over 15 years of teaching experience and 5 years of specialized research expertise. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor  Department of Education at the University of Southern Punjab (USP), Multan, she has established herself as a committed academic with a strong focus on educational advancement and research excellence. Her research interests span educational administration, empirical research methodologies, pedagogical evaluation, and information visualization. She has an impressive publication record, with 48 peer-reviewed research articles published in well-reputed national and international journals. Her scholarly contributions have significantly supported the development of innovative research practices and have influenced emerging trends in student-centered learning and educational effectiveness. She is deeply committed to academic mentorship and research supervision. She has successfully supervised 76 M.Phil. scholars, guiding them toward high-quality research outcomes. Currently, she is supervising 4 Ph.D. candidates, fostering their academic growth by equipping them with practical, accessible, and impactful research methodologies. In addition to her teaching and research responsibilities,  she actively contributes to institutional development and academic excellence at USP. Her dedication to nurturing future educators and researchers reflects her passion for building a progressive and research-oriented academic environment. Through her continuous efforts in teaching, research, and supervision, she remains an inspiring figure in the field of education, making meaningful contributions to both academia and society.
