Brief Bio

Dr. Muhammad Ahmad is a Lecturer in the Allied Health Sciences Department at the University of Southern Punjab, Multan, with over 6 years of experience in Physiotherapy Care, Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, academic and administrative development. His research focuses on the effects of Active Cycle of Breathing Techniques on Pulmonary Function, Sputum Clearance, Chest Expansion and Exercise Capacity, as well as a comparison of the effects of Postural Drainage and Positive Expiratory Pressure techniques to provide better treatment outcomes and to reduce the hospital stay of patients.

He has published 2 peer-reviewed articles in HEC-recognized journals. At USP, he is dedicated to bridging Kinesiology with real-world clinical challenges to develop competent physiotherapy professionals.
