Ali Haider

Brief Bio

Ali Haider is a Lecturer in Medical Laboratory Technology and a PhD scholar. He has expertise in molecular biology, laboratory medicine, diagnostics, and biomedical research. His work focuses on gene expression, disease pathogenesis, infectious diseases particularly zoonotic diseases and reproductive biology, especially male infertility, using in vitro, in vivo, and in silico approaches with animal models. He is skilled in qPCR, histopathology, and other advanced techniques.

He has published 7 research papers in national and international journals and is actively engaged in scientific collaboration. He is a registered Medical Laboratory Professional with the Allied Health Professional Council of Pakistan. He is also a Member and Trainer at the Pakistan Biological Safety Association (PBSA) and a Biosafety Fellow (BRM) of the International Federation of Biosafety Associations (IFBA). Additionally, he holds memberships in MMIDSP, PSM, ASM, PAP, the American Society of Clinical Laboratory Science, and the Sudan Society of Laboratory Medicine.

At USP, he is committed to teaching, mentoring, and advancing research and biosafety practices in Pakistan.
